811 website goes live (more details click here)

WWW.CALL811.COM  is now live and I am pleased to announce AGC of America is the initial sponsor of the national 811 campaign (see attached AGC news release) and featured on the 811 home page.  This is an exiting time for AGC, the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) and all damage prevention stakeholders who are dedicated to promoting 'Best Practices.'  Carolinas AGC encourages all stakeholders in the Carolinas to join us in taking a proactive position in promoting Best Practices, using 811 and doing your share in keeping underground utility damage to an ultimate minimum.  I have also attached the latest issue of the CGA’s newsletter for your review.
